Holiday content should already be live. If you’re still in the “planning to plan” stage… yikes. Better get moving!

Social Media News

TikTok just launched a Time and Well-Being feature for people who need a break from the app… that they opened to take a break. It’s giving digital detox, but only slightly. Also from TikTok: AI-generated content is now labeled more clearly—and users can choose to hide it from their feeds entirely, which might just make your “real” content stand out more.

Meanwhile, X dropped a Holiday Hub full of festive best practices and performance tips. If you’re posting into the void over there, at least do it with data. And Meta finally came through with new content protection tools on Facebook to help prevent your work from being reposted without credit. Copycats, beware.

Social Media Trends for November 2025

This edition of the Social Media Trends Report is stacked with fresh trends you’ll want to try before your next “let’s just boost it” meeting. Check it out:

Social Media Trend #1: Warming Up for the Holidays

Creators and businesses are using this trend to playfully show how they’re preparing for the chaos of the holiday season, with stretches and physical warm-up exercises.

Ideas for this social media trend:

Show Black Friday Prep: Record your team stretching to prepare for Black Friday orders, shipments, and support tickets. Add a text overlay such as, “Warming up for the busiest weekend of the year.”

Tease Holiday Launches: Use the trend to tease features, bundles, or upgrades that are expected to launch during the holiday season to increase excitement.

#CorporateBusinessTip: Showcasing high demand increases anticipation and encourages customers to act fast. Be strategic and include a call to action in the caption such as, “Be sure to follow us for updates!” to encourage future engagement.

Social Media Trend #2: On My Way

You know when you’re on a mission and you just can’t be stopped? That’s exactly what this trend is intended to show off. Create a video of an employee walking, insert a text overlay beginning with “Me omw”, and then end with a bold proclamation of what they’re planning to do, despite what anyone else thinks.

Ideas for this social media trend:

Showcase Dedication to Your Community: Show how your business actively listens to community feedback and plans to deliver products, services, or updates that address their needs.

Spotlight Customer Wins: Highlight how employees provide one-on-one support to customers and deliver impressive results. For example, “Me omw to show a client how our new automation tool will reduce customer churn.”

#CorporateBusinessTip: Use the trend to highlight a product value prop or brand differentiator that sets you apart from competition.

Social Media Trend #3: The Only +4 We’ll Accept

We all know that feeling of betrayal when you receive a +4 Uno card. But, what if the rules changed a +4 Uno card actually meant you could receive 4 of your favorite products? This trend hints at exactly that, and is a fun way to turn that familiar feeling of stress into one of joy.

Ideas for this social media trend:

Highlight the Essentials: Position “the only +$ you’ll accept” as the 4 products or features that every customer needs to save time, cut costs, or even spark delight.

#CorporateBusinessTip: Use the +4 Uno card to unveil a holiday bundle or sale that makes purchasing more items worth it.

Social Media Trend #4: We’re Sorry

This trend is an automatic attention grabber. Companies are uploading posts to social media with bold headlines such as “We’re Sorry” or “Apology Statement”, and following up with text ironically detailing exactly what they won’t apologize for.

Your business can join in on the fun too by issuing a statement lightheartedly describing why you don’t feel bad that your product or service is the best.

Ideas for this social media trend:

Make a Subtle Flex: Use this trend as an opportunity to flex product benefits. For example, “We’re sorry our product onboarded your new hires 3x faster than the industry average.”

#CorporateBusinessTip: Call attention to recent brand success and the products that contributed to it. For example, “We apologize for the record-breaking Q4 numbers. Our latest products really are that good.”

Social Media Trend #5: Flow State

When you hit a groove while completing a task, that’s called a “flow state.” This trend highlights that feeling, with the video played at 2x or 3x speed, and a text overlay about entering the flow state.

Generally the activity is something a little … Unserious. Like shopping the brand’s ecommerce store or relaxing with the products, if that fits the brand.

Ideas for this social media trend:

Think From the Customer POV: Playfully demonstrate how your product can unlock the flow state for a customer by automating time-consuming tasks or providing faster results than competitors.

Show Brand Personality: Let an employee show how much time it takes to create high quality work. For example, a social media team member could tease, “When you’re in the third hour of the photoshoot and you finally enter flow state” followed by impressive product images.

#CorporateBusinessTip: Use this trend to highlight the efficiency your solution enables and draw the viewer in.
